I really like cheeseburgers. Like, I REALLY like them. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and have intense cravings for something incredibly bad for me.
Let me tell you about these burgers. They're made out of ground turkey, topped with thinly sliced red onion and creamy avocado and a tangy mango mayonnaise. Oh, and also bacon. We can never forget about bacon.

These cupcakes have bacon on them. They have bacon, and cinnamon, and a maple buttercream frosting. They're soft and smell like breakfast when they're baking, and you're probably going to take a bite and wonder why you've never thought of doing this before now.

I made pizza. Okay, so the crust wasn't homemade, but I'm not a superwoman. This recipe is super easy to make and so delicious. Mushroom's don't have to be on the pizza, any topping can really be used, but I love those little things.
I have a subscription to Rachael Ray Magazine and I'm not even embarrassed. In fact, my grandma subscribes me to it. I get really excited when I see a new magazine in my mailbox, and immediately flip through it to see what ingredients I have on hand to make whatever delicious things RR has planned out for me. Yes, that's right, she writes her recipes in accordance with what I have in my pantry. Just kidding, but wouldn't that be great? I found this recipe tucked into a little corner of her June/July issue, and I knew I had to have it.

I've been MIA. I've been MIA because I've been busy ending my junior year of college, moving, and visiting with my family from New York. But, that doesn't mean I haven't been cooking or eating! I'll catch up by beginning with these amazing cupcakes. The perfect combination of caramel and coffee, with a really fluffy whipped cream-like frosting. You're going to love it.
